Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Planner to join our team. As a Planner at Open Loop Energy, you will play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing our repair processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services. You will collaborate with various departments to schedule and allocate resources effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the Production Manager and repair team to plan and schedule maintenance and repair tasks for hydraulic equipment.

· Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and components.

· Create and maintain detailed work schedules, ensuring that repair projects are executed in a timely manner.

· Monitor work progress and update schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected developments.

· Collaborate with the Production Manager and Shop Supervisors to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

· Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the repair process and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

· Assist in generating reports on repair activities, turnaround times, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

· Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination, preferably within a maintenance or repair environment.

· Familiarity with hydraulic systems and equipment is highly desirable.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

· Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

· Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is advantageous.
