DCWD System
Digital Controlled Water Distribution System – Patent Pending
In keeping with its reputation as “A Mining Partner,” Open Loop Energy has worked with many mining companies to develop solutions that reduce maintenance costs or improve safety.
One such solution is the Open Loop Energy Digital Controlled Water Distribution System for mining water trucks. The system reads ground speed of a water truck and automatically varies water output based on speed. The system is running on over 60 water trucks and has proven to be a reliable solution for large mining water trucks.

G2 DCWD System
Our company has continuously improved the DCWDS since the prototype was installed in 2007. With Open Loop Energy's most current patented G2 System customers have multiple choices of operational features. This system has proven savings in production, efficiency, and lowering costs. Most important is the safety improvements for the operator controls over other water distribution systems.

THE G2 DCWD OF THE FUTURE
Options include many specific watering patterns for density, water placement and water volume combinations. An operator may choose from many distribution patterns as needed for road conditions and production requirements. The all digital touch controls simplify the operators functions for precise water distribution control. Operators always know how much water remains in the water tank, and the controller has preinstalled troubleshooting capabilities. Fire control systems are also operated from the G2 console.
The G2 systems have additional optional features for remote reporting, troubleshooting, data logging and GPS positioning. Weather station inputs and opacity inputs are also available.
